BRIDGEFIT ARTICLES   Fitness training books There is such a variety of fitness training books out covering every topic one can think of. There are general fitness training books, specialist strength training books, others on nutrition, body compositon, stretching and flexibility....you name it and there is a book on it! Some of the material available appeals more to the average gym goer, others are clearly aimed at specialist personal trainers or strength and conditioning coaches. For me books work excellently to compliment my professional development, be that a training course I am on, or a particular area of interest I want to research further. For those who are interested here is a list of books I currently have in my ever increasing library. My fitness blog will include reviews for many of the books, particularly those which I feel have had the biggest influence on me.
