Top tips to prevent fat loss!
1)
Eat more calories than you need
That’s right keep eating all that food, take no exercise and the fat will pile on. When your fat cells are full
don’t worry because your body will create more fat cells that can be filled! That’s one theory anyway.
2)
Maintain a sedentary lifestyle
To prevent weight loss stay sedentary and take no exercise! It’s a simple equation really, if output is less
than input you will put weight on!
3)
Only perform low intensity aerobic training in the “fat burning zone”
Low intensity training in the popular “fat burning zone” will not really help for sustainable fat loss. If you
want to keep the body fat, then keep training at such a low intensity because the lower the intensity the
greater number of calories used from fat stores. In fact using this logic you might as well stop exercise all
together and burn nearly 100% calories from fat! Interesting that I am suggesting this as a way to prevent
fat loss though…what must I be thinking? Keep an eye out for my fat loss articles and I will explain!
4)
Avoid resistance/weight training
If you don’t want to burn that stubborn fat stay away from any activity that gets results! One really can not
risk training in a fat metabolising way if they want to lose weight.
5)
Stay away from high intensity interval training
Much like resistance training, you can not risk burning fat in the 24-36 hours post exercise if you are
serious about not losing weight. Best you stay away from any exercise which gets you out of breath!
6)
Go on another diet
There are plenty to choose from, you may have even tried a few. Another will surely not harm if you do not
want long term measurable success in the form of your weight loss, or even if you want to put more weight
on after the cabbage soup diet has finished!
7)
Make another excuse why you don’t want to exercise
I have a page on some of the excuses people make, so that may be useful if you are running low on them!
If you have been on this site for 4 minutes you could have done some Tabata intervals, but I guess you
really wanted to stay on the internet looking for the quick and easy solution instead of making any positive
lifestyle changes to melt the fat.

Click the ads offering guaranteed weight loss in 5 days
You may even see some on this page, they may even tell you about the fastest way to lose weight or
perhaps the newest fat burning method in the world! I have clicked a few, and I am pretty convinced you
will burn more fat with the mouse click then the actual products some of them sell. In fact some of them
make quite lengthy reading and you almost find yourself believing that you will lose weight drinking some
magical berry juice, the only pounds I think you will be losing are from your wallet! Alternatively perform
100 squat push presses whilst reading the blurb and its time well spent, but you probably don’t have time
to do that if you are sipping your diet coke whilst eating 2 bags of full fat crisps! Anyway the ads help pay
for this site, so they are staying!
